📃 Legal Bits:

1. Services Covered

  • PC and laptop repair (no phone or tablet hardware)

  • Network setup and diagnostics

  • Cybersecurity assistance

  • On-site and drop-off support within Canterbury and surrounding areas

2. Diagnostics & Quotes

  • Diagnostics may be free or paid as per current promotion

  • No obligation to proceed after diagnostics

3. Service Approval

  • Work begins only after written approval (via message or form)

  • All quotes valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated

4. Data Disclaimer

  • Clients are responsible for backing up data

  • We are not liable for data loss unless backup is part of the agreed service

5. Warranty & Liability

  • 14-day warranty on labour

  • Parts warranty varies by supplier (advised at time of quote)

  • Warranty is void if the device is tampered with post-service (e.g. opened, parts swapped, DIY fixes)

6. Payment

  • Payment is due upon collection/delivery unless agreed in writing

  • Accepted methods: Monzo, bank transfer, cash (with receipt)

7. Out-of-Hours & Emergency Services

  • Charged at higher hourly rate (see Pricing Guide)

  • Subject to technician availability
