PC and laptop repair (no phone or tablet hardware)
Network setup and diagnostics
Cybersecurity assistance
On-site and drop-off support within Canterbury and surrounding areas
2. Diagnostics & Quotes
Diagnostics may be free or paid as per current promotion
No obligation to proceed after diagnostics
3. Service Approval
Work begins only after written approval (via message or form)
All quotes valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated
4. Data Disclaimer
Clients are responsible for backing up data
We are not liable for data loss unless backup is part of the agreed service
5. Warranty & Liability
14-day warranty on labour
Parts warranty varies by supplier (advised at time of quote)
Warranty is void if the device is tampered with post-service (e.g. opened, parts swapped, DIY fixes)
6. Payment
Payment is due upon collection/delivery unless agreed in writing
Accepted methods: Monzo, bank transfer, cash (with receipt)
7. Out-of-Hours & Emergency Services
Charged at higher hourly rate (see Pricing Guide)
